Precision Finished For Instant Hardwood Floors

Our prefinished line combines the structural reliability of Appalachian hardwood with the consistency of a factory-controlled environment. By applying multiple layers of UV-cured aluminum oxide finish at the mill, we create a surface hardness and wear resistance that is difficult to replicate with on-site finishing.

Because the sanding, staining, and sealing occur before the wood ever reaches the site, these floors are ready for foot traffic immediately upon installation. This process eliminates the variables of dust, chemical odors, and curing times, providing a predictable timeline and a high-performance finish from day one. Every plank is milled to a standard 3/4″ thickness with a precision tongue-and-groove profile and micro-beveled edges, ensuring a stable fit and a seamless transition across the entire floor. From the selection of the raw timber to the final protective coat, the focus remains on maintaining the natural character of the wood while maximizing its long-term utility.

About our Prefinished Flooring

The Finish Technology

  • Composition: Multiple coats of UV-cured urethane infused with aluminum oxide.

  • Performance: High-performance scratch and scuff resistance designed for high-traffic residential and commercial environments.

  • Maintenance: Factory-curing creates a non-porous surface that requires no waxing or specialized chemical treatments—only standard hardwood cleaning.

Milling & Construction

  • Material: 100% Solid Appalachian Hardwood.

  • Thickness: 3/4″ (19mm).

  • Profile: Four-sided precision Tongue & Groove with a two-sided micro-bevel to accommodate minor subfloor variations.

  • Lengths: Random length bundles, typically ranging from 12″ to 84″.

Grading Standards

  • Choice Grade: Selected for a more uniform appearance with minimal natural variations and mineral streaks.

  • Mill Run Grade: A character-rich grade that includes the natural knots, color variations, and mineral patterns inherent to the tree.
